Obviously its depends on user requirements and his activity, but in my point of view, IMAP is better than POP. Because IMAP is more advance and allows you to see all your folders on your mail server. You can quickly view subjects and message bodies of emails. It can delay downloading larger email, such as those with attachments. IMP also allows you to synchronize mail folders between your home machine and mail server on the web. So that you see the same folders and messages wherever and however you access your email. For safety in POP you once downloaded the message only exists on your local computer. If crashes, the messages is lost, comparatively in IMAP all messages kept with multiple redundant copies on your mail servers.

7. RESTART Windows.
8. Check update.

Start BITS:

1. Go to Start >> Run >> regedit
2. Locate the following registry subkey:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup
3. If the FilesNotToBackup key exists, then skip to step.
   If that does not exist, we need to create key by following steps: Right-click BackupRestore >> New >> Key >> Type FilesNotToBackup and then press ENTER.
4. Exit Registry Editor.
5. Start >> Run >> services.msc >> Double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service >> General tab >> click Start.

Solve - Windows 10 - Boot or Restart Loop

1. Force turn off PC.


2. Start windows in safe mode. [While booting press SHIFT+F8].


3. Safe Mode:
   a. Note that you can also use the Shift + Restart combination from the Sign In screen.
   b. Then, Windows 10 will reboot and ask you to select an option. Choose Troubleshoot. Select Advanced options.
   c. On the Advanced options screen, choose Startup Settings. Press Restart.
   d. To enable Safe Mode with Networking press F5.
   


4. Now once you started windows in Safe Mode with Networking, you need to open Device Manager.


5. Remove Graphics drivers. System Firmware driver, networking driver.


6. Once you removed, RESTART your PC.


7. You are now out of that error.


8. Reason: You drivers are not compatible for new updates. You need to update those from official sites with keeping an eye for compatibility to latest windows 10.


9. Don't update drivers if those are not compatible to Windows 10.
