“The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden” This is the error, when you are going to edit the post in Windows Live Writer and if the post contain an image, then the writer gives an error message as : "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden".

If you have an account on Picasa website, then you have to just rename your Picasa album name "Windows Live Writer" to "Windows Live Writer 01" and it works great.For removing this error, you have to just open an account on Picasa.
And again try to publish post, this will help to remove that error…
[There seems to be a 500-image limit on Picasa albums]
